Only the Wonder Library team members working on your order. We do not share your information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Our CRM system (Bitrix24) is used to manage orders — it is hosted on secure AWS infrastructure in the United States, subject to data processing agreements.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment platform. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page — we never see or store them.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin creating your story. Once the story has been delivered, we don't issue monetary refunds — because the digital file remains with you regardless. What we do guarantee: if the story has errors or doesn't match your brief, we'll redo it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under NZ or Australian consumer law.
We'll redo the story at no charge if there's a factual error (wrong name, age, or theme), a technical defect (video won't play, audio missing), or the story substantially doesn't reflect what you requested. Changes based on personal preference after delivery are not covered by the free revision, but we may accommodate them as a goodwill gesture.
Absolutely — share it with family and friends, post it on social media, show it at a birthday party. The story is yours for personal use. The only restriction: you may not resell it or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Stories are crafted for children aged 2–10. Style, vocabulary and themes are tailored to the age range you select. All content is reviewed to be age-appropriate, positive, and free from advertising or dark themes.
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of your order. During busy periods or for longer stories, this may extend to 48 hours. We'll always let you know if there's a delay. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived.
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For custom digital content, this right does not apply once delivery begins — provided you gave explicit prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights. At checkout, we ask for this consent explicitly. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not confirm your order and contact us to arrange delivery within your 14-day window.
Wonder Library is a personalised animated video story service operated by Malov Services Limited, company registration 9429051861438, 335 East Coast Road, Mairangi Bay, Auckland, New Zealand ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all orders placed through wonder-library.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Our service is designed for parents, grandparents, guardians and gift-buyers. It is not directed at children. When you provide information about a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or have the explicit permission of the parent or legal guardian to share that information with us.
We create personalised animated video stories for children aged 2–10, based on the information and preferences you provide at the time of ordering. Each story is handcrafted by our team. The final product is a downloadable video file delivered by email.
Story length and price correspond to the package selected at checkout. Package details are displayed clearly before payment. All content is created to be age-appropriate, positive, and free from advertising.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. We do not see, handle, or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We aim to deliver your completed story within 24 hours of order confirmation. For longer-format stories or during high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours. The story is delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. We will notify you of any significant delay.
If your story contains a genuine error or material deficiency — incorrect name, age, or theme; technical fault in the video; or substantive departure from your original brief — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will create a corrected version at no additional charge.
This revision entitlement covers factual errors, technical defects, and significant departures from brief. It does not cover subjective preference changes or additions outside the original order, though we may accommodate these as a goodwill gesture.

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin creating your story and receive a full refund. Email orders@wonder-library.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After delivery — digital contentOur stories are custom-created digital products. Once delivered, the video file cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not issue monetary refunds after the story has been delivered, except where we are unable to correct a genuine material defect within a reasonable timeframe, or where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Under EU and UK law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided you gave your explicit prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right. By confirming your order, you expressly request that we begin creating and delivering your story immediately, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the story is delivered. If you do not wish to waive this right, contact us before confirming your order.
We do not create content that includes or promotes violence, abuse, discrimination, hateful themes, explicit or sexual material, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to decline any order that does not meet these standards and will issue a full refund in such cases.
All animation styles, music, character designs, visual elements, and creative frameworks used in our stories are the intellectual property of Malov Services Limited or licensed to us. Upon full payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, view, and share the completed story for personal and family purposes only.
You may share the story on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, broadcast commercially, or use the story for advertising or any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
This licence does not affect your rights in your personal details or your child's name and likeness. We do not claim ownership over your child's image or personal information. If a refund is issued, the licence terminates and you agree to delete all copies of the story.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Please contact us first at orders@wonder-library.com. We aim to resolve all issues amicably within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Disputes Tribunal (NZ), your state consumer protection agency (AU), or your local consumer authority (EU/UK).

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. For consumers, this does not override mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Our service is ordered by adults on behalf of children. We do not collect information directly from children. When you provide information about a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian (or have their explicit permission).
A child's photo, where provided, is used only by our animation team to create the character. It is never used for any other purpose, never shared externally, and is permanently deleted within 30 days of story delivery. Access is restricted to team members directly involved in production, all of whom are subject to confidentiality obligations.
If you believe we have received information about a child without proper parental consent, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
All payments are processed by Stripe on their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not see, receive, or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details at any point. Stripe's Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Order and customer data is stored in Bitrix24, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. This means your personal data may be transferred to and stored in the US, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your country.
We mitigate this risk by using Bitrix24 under their Data Processing Agreement (which includes commitments to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws) and by limiting data stored to what is strictly necessary to fulfil your order.
